Supervise day-to-day workflow and maintain a professional, patient-first atmosphere
Coordinate team performance reviews, onboarding, and general HR support
Manage timekeeping, payroll, and staff scheduling
Oversee billing workflows, vendor payments, and bank deposits
Track office financials including reconciliation and routine reporting
Assist in tax and payroll preparation alongside accounting professionals
Plan and implement promotional strategies targeting both clients and referring professionals
Maintain and update digital channels including social platforms and website
Organize outreach events, lunches, and continuing education meetings with partner offices
Promote elective and cosmetic services through in-office events and digital campaigns
Build relationships with suppliers and manage cosmetic inventory
Assist in procedure scheduling and client education
Proven experience in medical, dental, or aesthetic practice management
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
Confidence managing finances, vendors, and marketing tools
Familiarity with platforms like QuickBooks and social media is a plus
